Diwan Saz (IL)
In Diwan Saz, many different languages are spoken, but just one language truly stands out: the language of music. Jewish, Christian and Islamic musicians set off together on a voyage of discovery through the rich repertoire of early music from Asia, Turkey, the former Persia and the Holy Land. With an effortless mix of Hebrew and Arabic traditions, they are currently conquering the whole world with their catchy musical message of peace that unites people. A performance by Diwan Saz can be rousing one moment, and subdued the next; but it does not relinquish its grip on you for a second!
